How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the Shadoze app and go to your Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings (gear icon).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your identity (you may be asked to re-authenticate).
5. Tap Delete My Account to proceed.

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email hi@shadoze.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days.

Data That May Be Retained

• Legal compliance: Data required by law may be retained for the mandated period.
• Fraud prevention: Minimal records (e.g., hashed identifiers) may be kept to prevent abuse.
• Aggregated analytics: De-identified, non-personal statistical data may be retained.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your Shadoze account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel through the respective platform:

• Google Play: Open Google Play → Subscriptions → Shadoze → Cancel
• App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Shadoze → Cancel

Can I Recover My Account?

No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. To use Shadoze again, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
